Shipping, Deliveries & Returns


Luna Living ships all products via third party service provider, Internet Express Online Couriers.

Products may be shipped throughout South Africa and will be delivered within 2-3 days to major centers* and 3-5 days for outlying areas**.

Shipping Costs are calculated at checkout once the total volumetric weight of your purchase has been calculated. You can get an idea of shipping costs by referring to the product volumetric weight set out in each product’s description. (Volumetric weight is calculated by the following formula: Length X Breath X Height (of box in cms) divided by a factor of 4000.)

Please be sure to provide a delivery address where there will be someone to receive your order from Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm.

All items purchased from Luna Living may be returned within 14 days of the date of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please let us know asap if you are going to return your purchase, together with the reason for returning. In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with parts missing for reasons not due to our error, and/or
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the item is being returned due to damage or defect, the courier cost of the return will be reimbursed to you. You will be entitled to a full refund or replacement for items found to be damaged or defective only, provided you have the original tax invoice, and items together with original packaging are returned in a saleable condition within 14 days of purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us on nicola@lunaliving.co.za and send your item to:

Once the returned item/s has been received and inspected, the refund will be approved or rejected, and processed. If your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately, and a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund yet - please first check your bank account again and contact your bank as it may take some time before for your refund to reflect in your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at nicola@lunaliving.co.za.
